Cardiff divert buses to solve Christmas traffic congestion

It could only happen in Cardiff! You couldn't make it up! Other places divert traffic but here we make life difficult for the most disadvantaged.
Pensioners and disabled people will be forced to find their bus and walk a longer distance!!
